Season ticket query

My mrs went down the city today to renew mine and the 2 kids family season tickets for next season on the finance scheme.

When I got home i see the familiar Cardiff receipt for £557. WTF !!!!

I thought:

Adult £379
U16 £59
U16 £59
Total £ 497 + £20 admin = £517

Do they charge £20 admin for each person or £20 each finance deal. I assumed the later. Is this a mistake ?

I was charged 20 quid per season ticket not per transaction

Definitely £20 per season ticket added to the finance deal. I ended up paying outright for my daughters U16 ticket and just put mine on the finance.

How come we did'nt pay the twenty quid last season?

We didn't have a 10 month interest free option last season, hence no £20 fee.

Yea £20 per season ticket,I cancelled my transaction and then paid for my son(£49) cash,then took out a new one for me(£329).

Akin to Wonga? £20 on a £379 ticket is only 5%.

The club give a great deal and still people moan.
