Has anyone else had a problem with getting the email and code I have rang the ticket office and they have said I am not the only one. They said not to worry and it will be sorted but had anyone had the same problem ?

I did mine online and they text me the code instantly. It's a four digit number. The email took a bit longer to come through

I had mine instantly when I bought it via eticketing, my mate booked over the phone and hasn't recieved the email but has had 'the text' ticket office informed.

hi guys,been online and seen the option to buy which for some reason i have mine and my 2 mates season tickets in there (good old ticket office) my question is once logged in is the zebra option in there once you go to process or do you have to call zebra or do the ticket office give you the information,need to know as want to do mine soon.

First payment will be taken out 1 month after you sign the agreement, so if you signed it yesterday for example then they will take the 1st payment out on 6th March.

If you are an existing season ticket holder then your season ticket will be reserved for you, just go into that and untick your friends tickets and make sure that yours is still ticked then you go to payment and where it says card payment there is an arrow with a drop down menu that says Installment plan, select that and follow the instructions, you will then get a 4 digit pin sent to your phone, (make sure your correct mobile number is on your account), and you will receive an email from Zebra where you have to digitally sign the form and put your pin number in, thats it, your 1st payment will be taken out of your bank 1 month after you sign the agreement
By the way, the reason why your mates names are on yours is because at some stage you put them in your network.

Sorry, that's what i meant to say. The ticket office staff are probably processing a back log of s/t renewals.

I had a similar situation this time last season.

i recieved my pin number via txt msg instantly but no email!!! i rang zebra and they had spellt my email address wrong so its all sorted now had my confirmation through the post yesterday aswell

What's the PIN code for??

Just done mine online and had the PIN text through immediately....... But what do I use it for.

Also had no payment dates, so hoping it'll be in a month as mentioned above.
