It's refreshing to see so many sensible posters after the lot that flooded the Leicester forum replete with their delusions of grandeur. It goes without saying that you lot are best placed to win the whole shebang, but if anyone in the Championship would say no to 2nd then they really don't understand the nature of the league.

I would take 2nd right now yes ,although it would be a bonus to win the league but once your in the prem who gives a shit if you go up 1st or 2nd

Seems strange to admit but the team have set the bar so high second would be a bit of an anticlimax.

As long as we go up, I'll be happy but it would be nice to win a trophy in May.

I would be disappointed if we finish 2nd, so that says a lot.

Darran - the spread companies will give you odds on this . i have an example below - they say we will get 92 pts max ATM.

So if you have a pound on us getting more than 92pts and we get 95pts - you win 3 x your stake ( 95 - 92 = 3pts )

Yes, without doubt - all I want is promotion, and 2nd would put less pressure on us next year as well - as if we get up as champions with a big gap between us and 2nd place, I think we'd have more pressure to do well at the start next year as well, so finishing 2nd would do me very nicely
