i got told his wallet was to full so he was leaning to one side in a hunchback of notre dame type of way, then drink kicked in after about two minutes of fresh air after the stumble out of a club and that was that, im supprised nobody rifled through his pockets i would have.

I'm not one to comment on people I don't know personally but I've heard a lot of people say bad things about him and how much hassle he is. He's been on the net saying it was 2 on 1 but I reckon he started on someone who looked weaker than him and then the lad's mate jumped in.
I did find it sadistically funny that he was passed out in some weird planking position half on the pavement and half off. Needless to say, why do footballers bother going out drinking in town centres? I'm not even famous and I don't bother. Is it really that amazing?! Just stick to a local quiet pub if you have to quench the alcohol thirst!
