Where it says payment option there is a drop down menu. Its default is VISA but it can be changed.

Happened to me as well Craig, I should have been charged £379, but went through to Zebra at £419.
Club are sorting mine out as well.

I'll hold off for now for couple of days if everyone is having problems , they should take it offline if it's happening to everyone

Perhaps this could be a sticky for a day or two to let people know as not everyone will check.

always check before you buy

It doesnt tell you until your documents come through after you've bought it. The invoice is different.

I don't have the £250ish at the moment so £25 a month seems much more reasonable.

TBH, there a very good option, come off it not many clubs will offer a 10 month service. Maybe 3-6 months but never 10.

my 2 season tickets should have come to £378, thats £329 for me and £49 for my son. i know we have got to pay a £20 admin charge but on my form it was £418. think i will be calling the club

they are probally charging for the card and postal fees im sure this was around a tener extra last year aswell if you get it sent to you

bristol city offer 10 mth deal thru zebra. Think its the 2nd season they have done it. My 19 year has his thru it and to be fair i have never had a problem with it.

This is incorrect the £20 fee is already added. My friend did same as me and he's paying 399 and mine went through as 419

The club told me there is an issue with some people getting charged double setup fees.
