Compared to estate agents who charge £000's for taking a few photos and printing a few leaflets, and sending round the office boy or girl to show you around, solicitors costs for a house sale are a bargain.

Hek Jones I've used a few times on Whitchurch Road, always helpful and efficient.

Not the cheapest but very good, used Francis Buck in March last year, Cathedral Road. Very efficient.
