Any death is sad particularly at a relatively young age.
RIP

I was prviliged enough to know Geoff he was a true legend and had a great knowledge of football, I would regularly see him up Mumbles CC where he was top groundsman and a great character. To be honest his cricket knowledge matched that of his football and he would always have time to chat especially about his second love which involved the smaller red leather ball.
RIP a wonderful character and a great loss to football & cricket

Very sad news. I remember Geoff playing against us. Think he was a local Swansea lad. Had a good shot on him!
Sincere condolences to all his family and friends, and to Swansea City FC.
May perpetual light shine upon him, and may he rest in peace.
