Absolute dickheads.
Abusing someone on a street like that is outright disgusting regardless of who they are. Would've liked to seen them get floored by Nasri & Chamakh.

Saddest football related thing I've seen in a while.

turns your stomach. what would happen if joe ledley jay bothroyd was walking to watch a cardiff game to support ex team mates. id put money on it they would get abused. every club will have its element of un desriables. just last year ramsey was abused in a cardiff nightclub before he went on loan to forrest.

I'd like to think that Ledley wouldn't get booed... Not really done anything to warrant a "booing".
Jay polarises opinions of supporters.

To be fair it's the way of modern football. Players move on, money talks, 'loyalty' doesn't exist.
If Bothroyd, Ledley, Ramsey etc were in Cardiff I'd probably just get them to do the ayatollah

Abuse wouldn't even cross my mind. Idiotic.

The problem with modern fans is they don't respect footballers as humans, merely robots with a goal of money. They are human first and foremost and whilst they do get paid a lot to ply their trade that is the going rate in the industry so who can blame them for wanting more money? We all would in their position and their careers dont last forever, only a select few go into management, the others into coaching, the others into media. The other thousands can either sit on their investments or have to use their cash wisely. Its the security more than anything and we'd all love the extra money. Footballers do more for charity than any of those prats in Parliament. You wont get any politicians walking around the streets of Manchester giving money to random people.
