hmmm had a text about this guy earlier in the week but thought it was bullshit, maybe not, apparently his contract is up 30th June so we could nick him cheap, my only reservation would be his age 29 knocking on 30. if we buy him we wont get much of a sell on for him later on and doesnt seem to be in line with Malkys transfer policy of signing them young to get a return on them later. I still thinks theres some legs in these Charlie Austin rumours, he's only 23, stacks of improvement to come from him. This is defo the type of player we need to be looking at if we have ambitions of getting and staying in the Premier League. If I was a betting man I would put a few squidleys on us getting him.

How's Helguson's sell on value?

He's good at mixing it up Malky, he spends the dosh on the younger players but he's not afraid to sign a few experienced heads.

arry will probably be in for him if he is available. would be a huge signing if we could pull it off though. cole is a massively underrated player
