Those watching football league show..

Faye.... A red card?

I think it has to be in the current game.

Putting my mind in the base of the current game then yes.

But in my opinion it ent for me. The whole he went in with force s**t annoys me. If you catch the player then give a free kick or penalty or card.. if he doesn't catch him then move on and get on with the game.

Annoys me when people are like 'If he caught him..' but he didn't catch him, end of.

IMO he wasn't in control of himself so should have been red. No booking tho :?

10 years ago they would use that as a brilliant tackle :ayatollah:

Definite red. It's the intent, it doesn't matter whether he made contact or not.

Forgetting the law/rule would you still think that?

Tbh no. Of course I don't want any serious injuries but I do think the game has gone too soft and too many petty things leading to yellow cards

Exactly how I feel. It often changes the mind of some defenders now as they are being to cautious which is ashame.

It was on in the background while chatting. Was this the double footed tackle I think they showed a few times, not sure what game as again I wasn't really watching, just saw orange (narrows it down, if its the game in question).

Thought it was a great tackle unfortunatley in todays no contact lets all cheat by diving game it should of been a red which is ridiculous if you don't touch someone. Also what the f**k was Shearer on about with Ramirez of Southampton he didn't dive he had to move his leg or else he would have been clipped and that made him fall over what a bunch of bull

^ Im with you on this. If you don't catch the player then carry on with the game. What annoys me is the 'If he caught him he would of not being able to play again' if that happens so be it.
