NOT AT OUR BEST TODAY BUT WE DO NEED.........

Today was a poor performance and to be honest we did'nt at any time look like breaking them down. In fact I don't think their keeper had a direct shot to save.

Today showed that we are in desperate need of a quality striker. Rudy started and showed he is not ready to play at the top end of the Championship. Other results again went our way again today but we have to address the short fall of our failing forward line.

If we have a fortnight without a game we always seem to struggle. Ipswich to be fair to them rolled up their sleeves and got amougst us. We were second all afternoon and if they were a little better in front of goal could have won it.

For us that were at Birmingham the performance was about the same. Away from home teams will attack us giving us chances to score. Today at home they came for a point and got one because we failed to get behind them and create a decent chance.

Rant over poor performance and another point added to our lead. 8 points clear tonight
