So, with the impending signing of Brayford, who by all accounts is an out-and-out right back, what does the future hold for our back 4?

will it be Brayford - Hudson - Turner - Taylor?


Connelly said when he arrived here that he sees himself as a centre back, I believe that Turner is out best centre back from a purely defensive point of view, while hudson will be the one who is first choice.

Although, as stated, i think Turner is the best defensivly, its Connelly who (out of the three) i think has the best chance of stepping up to the mark at premier league level. Hudson pace will always hold him back, while Turner is quite frankly poor with the ball at his feet.

I wouldnt be surprised to see Connelly miss out for a lot this season, and then come back next season in the starting line up.

Certainly wouldnt be against giving him the odd game, maybe a 90th min red card for taylor on saturday, give john 3 games
