Dani Pacheco

1st time ive posted on here, been reading the posts and comments for the last few months though, great site! Just saw this on a liverpool rumours site.

{Ed001's Note - I believe we have held talks with Norwich and Cardiff over Pacheco, not sure if anything has come of them. Apparently Bellers recommended him to Malky Mackay as a potential target.}

What does everyone think? Wouldn't be a bad option while Maynards still out, not sure if it would be a loan or permanent. Obviously Bellers thinks something of him, and he's won automatic promotion with Norwich.

He would not be a Maynard replacement. He's a CAM/CF, not a striker. Plays just behind the striker or out left as an attacking midfielder. He did well there for Norwich so would hope there is some truth in this.

With our midfield i cant see Malky playing him anywhere but up front. I can see him playing when bellers isn't fit, otherwise he'll just sit on the bench. Would be a great squad player though!

Liverpool signed him from Barcelona when he was 17. He was highly rated at the time and a load of clubs were in for him, but he just hasn't lived up to his potential.
