Why haven't we bothered with Kieran Trippier?

Been very impressed when I have seen him play. Looks a very bright, young player but he doesn't seem to get the recognition he deserves.
He plays right back and is brilliant on the overlap and his defending seems to be pretty decent too. He is just the type of full back Malky likes. He has SEVEN assists this season from RIGHT BACK ffs.
