' DON'T BOYCOTT LEEDS AWAY '

Just so everybody knows Leeds Utd away on February 2nd 2013 is a 12.30 kick off.

I am running a coach and I agree with something Gwyn said in here a week or so ago, we should go there in big numbers and put two fingers up to Ken Bates and his pricing.

At the end of the day we are challenging for the title and automatic promotion, we should go and support our boys in our quest for 3 points and another step towards Premier League football.

Our club are still waiting on Leeds Utd to send us tickets so we can't put them on sale until we receive them, also the pricing is yet to be announced, though as we suspect it is likely to be £36 a ticket for adults.

I will stick the coach price up tomorrow.

Something City fans need to be aware is that this game is NOT a voucher exchange and you can travel by your means if you wish but for those of us affiliated with the travel group we will have a RVP as we do with most other away games anyway.

Can u recall wat we have taken there on our last 3 visits i no 1 was a friday night

The kick off has set me back a bit and we have 2 away games in Yorkshire in a week.. Huddersfield I will do.

I'd love to go Carl but £36 for me and at least the same for my boys makes it £72 for the 3 of us. Add in £40-50 for petrol plus money for parking and food and a day out costs close to £150. Brum away cost me over 80 quid. I earn good money for my job but cannot justify this expense.

Don't think its a question of boycotting. How many people can afford to pay £36 to watch football these days ? That's without travel costs and food & drink. Never mind the ridiculously early leave. I certainly can't which is a shame.

Is the Kick Off about 12.30 ish? Need to be on a 7.00am train if not earlier. Long walk to that shithole that is Belland Road.

4 or 5 of us heading down for this one instead of Blackpool. Looking forward to it as first visit to Elland Road.

Maybe the club could give bates the middle finger by putting on free or cheap travel for fans

i will be going as i havent missed a game home and away for 2 and a half years and i want to keep the ruin going, but i can totally understand loyal supporters who simply wont be able to afford it

PROBLEM IS CARL WHEN FANS KEEP PAYING £36 TO GO CLUBS WILL STILL CHARGE IT---- IVE BOOKED MY TRAIN TICKETS FOR BLACKPOOL AND HUDDERSFIELD, BUT JUST WOULDNT GIVE AN AVERAGE CHAMPIONSHIP CLUB LIKE LEEDS MY HARD EARNED MONEY-----AND IVE GOT TO START SAVING FOR THE PREM, ITS EVEN DEARER THERE

She threatened to kick me out on three occasions last season, once was for standing up when we scored!

Too expensive about time we made a stand and didn't turn up........Huddesfield will be much better trip week after where we can all make a good day out of it. Leeds not worth the hassle!
