This is why Malky Will Not Walk away.

With the SPECUALTION about Lambert getting the boot and Malky getting the job offer, allow me to enlighten you as to why it will never happen. I would put my Mortgage on it.

Paul Lambert was chosen by the board of directors because they saw what he had achieved at Norwich and liked it. They recognised Lambert as a young manager with fresh impetus and ideas that will fit in with the modern day game.

Now although results aren't giving Paul a decent nights sleep and some fans are calling for his head. Surely Tha board will realise that Paul has allowed so many young players to come through the ranks in such a short space of time, which in the long run will benefit the players and hopefully the club.

In a way similar to Malky Mackay who wants his youngsters Mason,Gestede,Ralls,Nugent and John to name a few,to start performing on and at a higher standard.

If the board got shot of Lambert, Malky would see this as a weakness of faith by the villa board. Why on earth would he want to put his future in the hands of these people?

In conclusion; it's a non starter for me. Malky will be Cardiff manager for years to come, hopefully. :ayatollah:

None of this makes any diffrence if Villa offer twice as much money as hes on now, same as anyone in a job in any line of work, cash is king. :ayatollah:

he would most likely leave us for Scotland, or one of the top 6 clubs, its pointless him moving away from here, unless he has personal reasons like good friends within the set up or that he likes the area
