New forum members talking bollox

Can mods put a block on new members posting until they've been registered for a month or so?

Or perhaps have their first few posts vetted by a mod before being published?

All these new members posting bollox transfers and shit stirring is blocking up the forum.

This would also prevent those attention seekers who create theads to talk to themselves using multiple accounts.

I think the posts being vetted was banded about before however all they would have to do is post sensibly for the trial period then act up afta.. Something like a 5 reported post would be better with a ban then mods can look at why they've been reported and mods can take action from there

It's a good point though. New members in any normal situation bed themselves, read a bit, then join in on someone else's thread, then post their own.

It is very obvious when a new members starts their own threads, before doing anything else, that they are on a trolling mission, especially if that post is provocative and has a topic about rebrand, debt, Swansea or transfers.

Like tonight though, i clicked on general chat and nearly every f*cking thread was about swansea. Why??

Because Swansea fans have been let on here for so long its gone out of control.Swansea fans running the forum practically, which then led to trolls. If i was a moderator i wouldnt know where to start if it came to banning people!

I agree with this - it becomes tedious having to put one person's 10 different accounts all on "ignore" (i.e. "Roath Magic")

I look out for posters rather than topics now.
I read stuff mates write, funny posters like the old man, polo etc. people you can have banter with.
And then ignore what the bellends on here scribble down. ( no names )
Everyone is entitled to an opinion, people have a choice wether to read it.
