Named at the World Football Awards:

All La Liga players, none of them British.

Defense being all La liga is pretty rediculous. Also not sure how Xavi or Xabi Alonso got in. Think Kompany deserves to be in after last year and probably Pirlo after Juves season last year.

not really valid.... Marcelo is an attacking LB, company is a big CB.

I do agree though, the best team in the world can't be made up of players in the Spanish league because it isnt competative enough.

England, Italy, France are all more competitive because there is a feeling that anyone can beat anyone on their day.

Messi and Ronaldo would still be the best players in the world if they played in the Prem, but would Marcelo, Alves, Ramos and Casillas be in that team if they played for Arsenal, Liverpool or Chelsea?

Who know? My guess would be no though.

Kompany, Hart, Aguero, v Persie, Rooney, Ramires and Mata should all have had more of a mention in my opinion but thats football isnt it!?
