swans wants to extend there stadium

Have you seen the empty seats ? and arsenal have the whole of one end, where's the public demand

Just shows that their fans have just as little respect for the fa cup as many of ours did yesterday, I already knew the jacks don't give a shit about but the views have our fans surprised me, the supporters have the big clubs seem to be giving the cups more respect than those of clubs the size of ours, obviously the arsenal fans think it matters

Its not their ground to extend. They have to get permission from the council who own it!!!

It'll possibly be paid for out of the £58,000,000 (there or thereabouts) that their promotion to the Premiership has benefited the people of Swansea. I mean, the money's gotta be sloshing around somewhere.

The attendance was 18,848. Nearly 2,000 empty seats. Crap support.

I also read somewhere that it was the biggest away attendance ever at the Library. The Arse had an entire end which must be about 4,000 (at a guess).

Still, it wasn't as if they were playing a top 4 Premiership team was it . . . . .

No excuses? Ummmm Kind of have a few big games coming up in the next few weeks, as you may be aware. Quite expensive business too :ayatollah:
Still, you lads couldn't sell out the Carling Cup final or either leg of the West ham play-off semi finals last season so...

I love these predictable threads I really do. Still going to take over the Millennium Stadium on promotion, lads?

Your right, owning the stadium doesn't have any bearing on getting permission

no we weren't...check the table!

not selling out is pretty crap, although its the week after christmas and i think the club got the pricing wrong aswell sadly. realistically i doubt we ever had more than 25-30k watching us at least once a season pre prem (i mean in total, not on the same day) and like your fans yday, the cup isnt much of a priority for us compared to the league. even ML thought that judging on his team selection.

i dont see what all this fuss about attendance is really anyways. just seems a bit like straw clutching to me. neither of us have a massive core element of fans

Shock, horror 3 or 4,000 St holders couldn't be bothered to turn up for the cup game v Arsenal, a bit like Lego most games ;)

Cardiffs end was a complete sell out. No more than a few dozen scousers were in our end. How many Man Utd fans were chucked out of the liberty last year? Away at West Ham was sold out and 1500 empty home seats in home leg.

2000 empty seats at liberty with 4000 away fans. Dear oh dear. Don't really need to expand do you? I await your abuseful response my little oxygen thieving friend ;)

These fans that are apparently waiting for STs at Swansea - who would love to watch a game, but the demand was too high for tickets, would have had a chance to go today? But didn't bother..

So qualifying for the Champions League for the last 15 years does not mean that Arsenal are not a top 4 Premiership team does it?

Tell me what criteria you use for classifying someone as a top 4 Premiership team? Fool.

We sold out for the Carling Cup, of course there were going to be Liverpool fans in our end, like there was a few Cardiff fans in the Liverpool end. They all find a way its natural. Like your home league games theres always Man United, Liverpool, Arsenal in your home ends. West ham away was a sell out, they wont give us our full allocation, not our fault. How you aint banned on here i never know.

I was at all the games mentioned, you weren't retard. Probably about a dozen liverpool fans in our end, some got slapped when they scored and we sold out to go to west ham in the PO's. I was at them games, you weren't, so don't bother arguing. When did i ever claim to have been in swansea in 1991? i've always said on here, my first city game was 1994. You really are a stupid, embarrasing man.
