Manager sackings

With all these managers getting sacked recently, with some only being in the job a matter of months. Is it just me or does everyone else think that some of these chairman haven't a clue about who to employ. The wolves manager sacked today didn't have a great deal of managerial experience especially in a league as demanding as the prem and the managers names being spouted are shit in my opinion, some of them have done pretty much sod all.
I reckon I could do a pretty decent job, on FM2012 I won the champions league with Neath after getting rid of fat boy trundle. I won the champions league 3 times, super Cup twice, world club champions twice, welsh league and increased the ground capacity to some 27000.
I might send my cv to a few of these teams, maybe I'd have a good chance of getting a management position with one of them.
