He always ends up with the Norwich job after a few seasons in my games so he effectively gets a promotion anyways.

Download the editor from steam. Create a new club in Conference South called AFC Cardiff or whatever in a blue kit, make Ninian Park un-extinct and work your way up. That's what i'm doing, great fun.
I'm top of the league after 15 games getting an average of 270 fans a match
