WILL MALKYS HARMONY BEFORE QUALITY APPROACH WORK NEXT SEASON

Fri Jan 04, 2013 7:47 pm

He's been Quoted saying in recent weeks he doesnt want to upset the harmony with in the squad he has?
Understandably its a good idea here and now but what about next season?

alot of established premiership players have massive ego's and are on silly wages they get complacent because of their footballing ability and think they are bigger than the clubs
even though this happens in football teams, players of that quality are still vital to the survival of smaller clubs such as ourselves will be or reading, QPR etc.

Will we be at risk of struggling? or can he hit a magic formula just like swansea have done out of younger talented championship players + one or two bargain random signings

I honestly think it is the only way forward for a club of our size (hopefully in the premiership). There is no way we can compete for the very best players at that level, so team work, organisation and effort are the only things that will get us competing week in week out. We are lucky to have a manager who seems to have the very best interests of the club at heart and is willing to put all the time and effort into putting the methods and facilities in place that will insure we give our players the best possible preparation to go out and perform at their maximum regardless of what level we find ourselves playing at. I genuinely believe we have the best up and coming manager in the British game....lets hope we can hold on to him for a little longer IF we go up!!! :ayatollah:
