when he plays he seems the only player that can cause real havoc to defenders(and bellamy of course)

He will ruin defences. He is better than Zaha but people won't admit it. Look at the video I made. He has got defenders tripping over themselves and he has end product, something Zaha rarely has at the moment. Let people believe the hype. They did it with Adam. Whittingham is better than him. The more other teams players get hyped up the more likely we are to hold on to our quality players. I don't rate Zaha at all. He is just another victim of the stupid English hype train that derails these youngsters careers. Its actually sad watching it happen.

Asking a genuine question. Majority of posters in here seem adamant that we've already won the league, when it's only December.

I think he would take to it like a duck to water if we do manage to go up. He's the type of player that will win us a lot of freekicks-penaltys in the prem league...or get booked trying that's if we do get promoted mind

I agree with you about Zaha. He is a good player, don't get me wrong. But he is never worth what is being quoted. As you say no end product at the moment, but that could change. I don't really rate Zaha at the moment but I think he could turn into a really quality player in the future! But he won't become one of the best players in the world. I don't think he will anyway!

I'm not sure about Charlie Adam, the jury is out on the lad. He has amazing vision and he can play one hell of a pass too. He is very similar to Whitts only difference is I think Whitts is better around the penalty box than Adam!

If we got promoted I think he would be a squad player myself. Lacks natural pace to be a top top player.

He was found at Liverpool against quality opposition. He needs far too much time on the ball and when playing 1 on 1 vs quality defensive midfielders he didn't have the pace or tactical nous to create enough space for himself to give himself time on the ball. I do think in terms of passing from a long range he is slightly better than Whittingham but from a dead ball situation he isn't. Whitts has a slightly better balance due to the fact he used to be a winger so he has always had that raw extra yard of pace that a player like Adam doesn't. Granted, Whitts is slow for a winger and has been for sometime, hes more in the Bentley mould but that extra yard is the difference between having time on the ball to deliver a cross field or defence splitting pass or getting caught out and getting hit on the counter attack. The amount of times he got caught out and another Liverpool defensive midfielder like Lucas/Spearing had to cover for him was astonishing.

That is a fair comment what you are saying! I agree Whitts is better than Adam from a dead ball situation too. Imo Whitts is one of the best in the English divisions from a dead ball situation! No doubt I do think Whittingham is better than Adam, I was just saying I think Adam is still a very good player. Thing that Whitts has as well over Adam is that he does have a bit in his locker, to give himself that extra bit of time in the middle of the park!

Sink, I don't find him consistent enough and doesn't look to get into the game enough if times are hard for me
