I don't see Earnie playing any part in the rest of this seasons campaign, The fact that Malky loaned him out just shows he has no chance of getting into the setup. I wouldn't drop anyone in the team for Earnshaw, sorry but there is no room for sentiment.

I do think he'd do well with Bellers, Noone and Helguson mind. Although who would you drop?

Given the correct service Earnie will still score goals. Granted his best day's are behind him but having him back gives us another option if required.

Earnshaw, 31, who joined Maccabi on loan from The Bluebirds in September, told the clubs' official website: "Due to certain circumstances and some family reasons I have to go back to Cardiff. It's very hard to leave such a big football club like Maccabi Tel Aviv especially in the position it is in. We saw last season Earnie isn't good enough any more, we're top of the league and despite this recognise we need at least one better striker to improve our better team than last year?
Yet we still get people saying Earnie can do the job?
Mason & Bellamy didn't work on Monday, we all seem in agreement we need somebody who can hold the ball up, link up play as well as score goals?
C'mon we all love Earnie and realise he is and will always be a Bluebird legend, but he can't be the answer to our current wishes!
