Not sure what to think, in what is our biggest season do we give chances to foreign players who could go each way or do we buy British players who are good at this level?

stopped scouting serie A and reading italian newspapers/watching their news a few months back so dont know much about him.

As I said in a previous topic I think he will be very sceptical about coming here after what happened to Etien

I think we have a secret relationship with Maribor. Robert Beric will be a good signing, can speak English and could make an instant impact at the club.

Linked to him in the People as far back as 4th November. Villa linked with him as £3m replacement for Bent.

No chance.

Robert Beric 19 goals in 74 appearances for Maribor, Etien Velikonja scored 20 in 48 appearances. Why would you want to buy another player from Maribor who hasn't got as good a goal ratio? Especially with Etien not yet getting a game. Hopefully we'll see him in the FA Cup on saturday and he'll look a good Signing.
