tell you what..take a picture of yourself stood by a road sign or landmark where you live, take a screenshot on your phone of the picture (with the time up in the corner) and post that up places you at the scene at the time you post..

They reckon their ip is yorkshire so if that's true they could be someone in yorkshire but pretends to be leed's to get bites on here knowing that saying they are leed's will wind a few up.
If they came on here for example as a sheff wed fan they wouldnt get any bites as we dont hate them as much and they are are a lot shitter than leed's

though you could change ip address to different countries..same apply to areas? could be someone sat in porth on a wind up!

Never really thought about it to be honest im not clued up about ip addresses etc so dont believe or not believe that you can

I could set my IP to say im in Zimbabwe right at this moment if I wanted to. IP proves nothing as you can tunnel/reroute network traffic.

Another site, nothing to do with football, I had the same IP address as someone living a hundred miles away.

All the service providers like BT, Virgin etc use a range of IP addresses called Private IPs. So it is possible someone on here using BT could have the same IP address as some on here who goes through Virgin. The mods on here can ban an IP address for someone trolling like. Now if that troll has the same IP as a genuine poster then that they will get banned as well . Due to the thousands and thousands of private IP addresses in the range it is highly unlikely we will have users sharing the same IP. However it is possible.
