Jordon Mutch

Tue Jan 01, 2013 5:40 pm

He hasn't played well since his injury, but can I remind you all that since his injury, he is playing in new, special boots. Perhaps his poor form is partially down to these boots and it will take him a bit of time to adjust? Let's not all get on his back and give him our full support to help him pull through this poor run anyway. Great win today and well done to everyone who travelled to Birmingham! :ayatollah:

I'd give him 90 minutes against Maccs, sharpen him up a bit and give him a bit of confidence.

Him and Macca in centre midfield for me :ayatollah:

DEFINITELY needs game time. Confidence is low. I still think there's a class
player there

Has he got them on the right feet? Today was another poor performance from him. Given he was against the club that sold him I would have thought he would want to play at his best.

He was poor today and i noted that a couple of minutes after he lost possession in the middle of the park he was subbed.it was only about 5-10 mins into the second half.we have a ruthless win at all costs manager who will not hesitate in bringing on players to replace those not performing to the standards he expects.

We've seen the class player who will run at defences and link up play, just needs time.

Yes it is :?

It's generally the case that footballers are considered young until 24/25 which is when they're not as likely to get a whole lot better.

He was poor again today but when he was in form I recon he was class. He just needs a bit more time to adjust hopefully and get back to firing on all cylinders

he needs game time without a doubt.. shocking yesterday again, seemed really lazy, as soon as he lost possession in the middle when we were on a break, u could see malky shake his head and signal to cowie that he was coming on..

nothing special about his boots apart from the colour! ;)

a full game v macclesfield is def needed, i was taking to a couple of brum fans and they said when he was on his game he was class, but if he didnt feel up to it 100% he was awful.. if he had the slightest of knocks or injuries, he didnt want to play again until he decided he was right..

I hope so as well, but im sorry all this "blame it on the boots" crap! he passed the ball to 4 brum players yesterday when he had the ball from a counter attacking position. He dint do much chasing after the ball and gave it away far too many times! disaster im afraid. I want to support him and i hope he turns out to be a good player but I think malky has got this one wrong! poor player who will never reach his potential im afraid,

When hes on form he's class but hes low on confidence and just come back from injury. Though he played alright against Millwall when he came on. Shame to hear bout yesterday but got to remember still young

I can't believe some of the stuff being said about him. Great player who's just been out for a long time.

As my old man says, it's not the boots, it's the feet in them.

I cant comment on players performance as I haven't see a single game this season but players dont lose their quality over night. Give the kid a chance.
