In short, no. O'Neill says the lad is currently struggling with the physical side of the game in England, so a move to the Championship certainly wouldn't do him any good.
As for 'company for Kim', don't be silly. The lad has his trusty translator and Swansea's Ki - someone he meets with regularly for a catch-up - just down the road.
He also wants to progress in speaking regular English with his team mates, and I imagine bringing in another Korean could halt that slightly.
