' JOE RALLS LEAVING ? '

Mon Dec 31, 2012 11:25 am

The young lad made an impact last season, scoring a cracker up in Hull and putting in a super performance against Reading at home when we destroyed them, but due to the amount of midfield signings his chances have been limited to say the least, playing at temporary left back is not ideal for his development as a centre midfielder.

Don't be surprised to see the young kid go out on loan in the upcoming transfer window.

better to keep him match fit somewhere else, than not even making the bench :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Hopefully he'll go to a high end League 1 club. Wouldn't want him in the championship where, despite his ability he may not get all the playing time he needs. Class player, expecting big things from him... in a City shirt of course :ayatollah:

I would like to see him go somewhere like Coventry, nice big club in Div 1, where he would get a good standard of coaching in a big time atmosphere with good facilities

League 1 or 2 would toughen him up. MK Dons, Tranmere, Crewe or Yeovil would be good for him

Good luck to him wherever he ends up going. :ayatollah:

Crewe would be a good shout, they've produced some good players!

I'd love him to go out on loan. I said it at the start of the season. He is a cracking young player with a really bright future. Needs to go out to a team in the bottom half of the Championship or a club challenging for promotion in league one.

Massive potential! Good to see us bringing in the youngsters! To the future! :ayatollah:

In my opinion, Joe Ralls is our best young player. He has got a very bright future ahead of him. Some regular game time will not do him any harm. I'd like to see it here but it appears he's behind Jordon and Aron at the moment. He's as good as them from what I've seen. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I hope we can keep hold on to Joe Ralls with a long term contract, along with Ben Nugent.....they both got a bright future with our club.

I'd like to see him go to Torquay, my guilty pleasure ;)

But someone like Crawley or Doncaster would suit hi. Plenty of game time whilst being around some good players

Shouldnt be going anywhere he is twice the player of Cowie already.

Loan will do him good......Wimbledon maybe as Ardley is manager there?

Re: JOE RALLS

I'd keep him here. Was one of our best midfielders when he was playing last season. There are only 4 central midfielders (whitts, gunnarson, mutch and cowie) ahead of him so would only take a couple of injuries for him to get an opportunity.

EDIT - oops, forgot about Kiss but definitely not counting Mcphail ahead of him in the list

Tbh I think it would benefit Kiss more to go on loan.

I still think he is good enough for a lower championship side.

Ralls on loan somewhere will be a good move for the Club and for him.

TWENTY odd games will do him the world of good, hopefully in the Championship

If he proves to be good enough, we are laughing!!

If he doesn't, sell him.

Win win

Hope he only goes on loan and not discarded altogether in the limited opportunities he has had he has one well except in the first leg of the semi final against Palace thought the occasion got to him and was overawed.

It's a real shame how city have treated their young talent over the past couple of years...
