mmmm ok what will be next??? did you know nhs staff cannot smoke when have people in car but other occupants can? silly season , going back to original point, if ban smoking in cars ect what will be next on banned list there will be a never ending amount of interference from do gooders, cameras spying on roads? we are already nanny state don't really want it made worse! and I don't smoke! and the ban in bublic places was best thing to happen for me, (suffer breathing problems) so no axe to grind here.

Totally agree apart from the last bit Al, I dont think smoking should be banned in public places, I think there should be room for it to be isolated, why I say this is because I am fed up of walking in town and people outside blowing smoke in my sons face. People have the option to go into a pub for example, but my son does not have that option of walking outdoors. great point tho.
