It's looking like I've found my tipping point. 12 wins will definitely do it, 11 should do it, 10 may do it, but 9 is chancing it. I can now tick them off, let's get to 10 wins as soon as possible then enjoy the rest.

With 21 games left could we afford to lose 8, draw 4 and win 9. This would give us 84 pts.
I know this sounds a tad defeatist but we've had a good 25 games so can afford a lull, but how much of a lull. Middlesboro would still need 11 wins, 5 draws and 5 loses to get 85 pts.
Would 9 wins be enough, even if it would be a sweat?

9 wins would put us on 80 points , teams have gone up with that, but I reckon its going to take more than 80points this season to go up.

i cant let it just play out and to prove my point I just stuck results in the BBC Predictor and being pessimistic came out with 10 wins, 4 draws and 7 losses. That's 87 pts. Mon Dec 31, 2012 12:00 am

9 wins plus 4 draws I was anticipating. So 84 pts.
