WHAT PRICE WALCOTT

Sun Dec 30, 2012 3:38 pm

Can see the predicament for Arsenal, but nowadays, the power is with the player, he becomes a free agent and can walk away.
To replace him adequately would cost them thirty million plus, surely that would pay a goo wage bill for him for a good period.

thing is now, after a good season so far, he might be looking elsewhere himself, even if arsenal offer him 100,000 a week, he can get that at united/chelsea/man city

Walcott is apparently looking for an £80k contract, whilst Arsenal have just handed Ramsey an improved contract - he's now on £60k.

Surely this has to be down to the agents fees?

He's right though. His record speaks for itself and its not like Arsenal are full of creative talent like United, Chelsea and City. He has Arteta only really helping him who has proper playmaker abilities. The others have Kagawa, Scholes, Nani, Silva, Hazard, Oscar, Lampard, etc.

Walcott probably would have scored more if Fabregas was there playing him in behind defenders.

He has only got better every season.

Him and even Bale really tear apart some defences apart.
