£3:50 for a can of fosters

Sat Dec 29, 2012 7:03 pm

You may have noticed from my previous posts that I have a problem with the bar and prices, but please, £3:50 for them to pour a can into a plastic cup right in front of our eyes, thats just taking the piss out of us. When will someone please start some kind of boycott against this piss poor bar service.
The beer is crap and over priced at the best of times

In fact it's still cheaper than a lot of venues, i was recently at the motorpoint arena & they charge four quid for a can of bow & i don't think there's a ground in the championship that is cheaper. They're all robbing bastards!

Every venu will charge more and make a nice profit on there beer and food, it's a business after all.
I know pubs that buy there food from iceland and make a shed load from each bag of food the buy. Same with anything in life really.

I never have time for a drink, straight to my seat before the game and rarely feel the need to drink at HT, it takes 10mins to get it and can wait.

Can't blame compass for the pricing, they have the demand, huge queues every game.

how long is the compass agreement still have to go..? I would have thought that with the Blues leaving there would need to be a new agreement put in place because thats half of their income.

Prices for food/drink in general at the CCS are ridiculous.

Don't see a problem myself, if you don't want to pay £3.50, then don't pay it, i was at fulham yeaterday and it was £4.20 for a pint inside the ground, that's the way it is.
