Customer service/Ticket office= shite

Why the Fook has the issue with how useless the ticket office muppets are not been dealt with. This poor service has been ongoing since I can remmember , I thought with the new stadium and potential premiership football it would have been sorted. Still no tickets delivered , charged an extra ten quid on ticket price??? 20 min phone que for nobody to answer??.

I've never had a problem with them, they've always been very helpful.

maybe they've had time off for christmas or have less staff than normal because of the time of year.. Post is terrible this time of year, tickets are probably out there, ring royal mail

i find it amazing that each time i go in there i have to buy my tickets through what appears to be half inch glass with a non audible speak hole. i can go to my local bank and talk to the cashier over a counter. surley that screen must go.

I got to stick up for Mona and her staff here I have never had a problem with them and I know how hard they work.

footsoldier is pretty mad at the moment, i think we should leave the screen up for now :lol:

never had problem before but last 2 days they been terrible spent hour on phone today to get cut off, the excuse of its christmas and have less staff doesnt work when we have 2 massive games with in days and a big away game new yrs day the fact ticket office isnt open at all monday is awful the club need to sort it out

So basically they can't have time off over Xmas like you because your impatient?

They shouldn't really, it's not a standard job, it's customer critical and they should be staffed to the max over busy periods.

I've had really shit service off them at times, got Alan whitely on the phone one year to sort an attitude problem out,
But to be fair they have been a lot more professional over the last couple of years.

Why didn't you just drive down Jon ? It's easier mate ,tickets in hand then

The guys down there are amazing , they take abuse from people like the o/p ,work all over xmas without seeing there family to serve you a ticket you could have got weeks before , if you ever actually take the opportunity to get to know them and see behind the scenes especially on a big match day you will see how difficut there job can get .

They shouldn't really, it's not a standard job, it's customer critical and they should be staffed to the max over busy periods.

It's not like you couldn't buy the tickets before Xmas. It is a standard job and every job is customer critical.

To be fair they have been selling an awful lot of tickets over the last few days/weeks. over 600 Millwall went yesterday on top of Birmingham tickets and half season tickets and the 2 previous games were records for the CCS.

Normally it's quiet in there and you can walk in and get sorted in minutes, but we do seem to struggle when demand rises.

Might be worth thinking about your Ipswich and Leicester tickets sooner rather than later -especially as right now they are VERY cheap. :ayatollah:
