The Sam hamann/Langston issue

Fri Dec 28, 2012 1:47 pm

Thought I'd get my say in!

I really hope all the goins on are bullshit as I never want him to set foot into this club again, I have always believed he would try to work his way back in over the Langston notes and haven't believed for one minute he would ever accept a simple £10m cash as settlement as was suggested by people close to him when he could wait for us to be promoted or be on courandroid be promoted and if some of what is being stated now is correct( unsure whether it is we shall see) then most people would be correct all along, I will wait for further facts as to me if he is to come back it's going to cause some serious iss within the club hierarchy and possibly serious financial implications also, it's going to be an interesting climax to the season in a few ways but it's Cardiff city fc and nothing is simple!

I will however Find it extremely hard to go watch City if hamann does return as I have no affinity for the man at all and personally think although he it the ball rolling he should be consigned to our history once and for all, I would rather watch us play in red than welcome him back

Here's my say.

Leave it to Tan and Hammam.

Its all above our pay grade and is not affecting ANYTHING to do with our
Premiership push

Agree with you to a certain extent taffy but I think it's awful distracting for everyone when this tripe comes up consistently we are looking excellent so far only thing I will say is I can't see any january signings if tan is giving into hamann why pump more in for a power struggle possibly looming all very strange

If you stick to what you KNOW on the issue and not what is suggested on here you'll notice its not a lot and easy to forget about. Like Taffy said, nothing us mere fans can do so lets concentrate on the pitch and players

Totally agree with you VT knows what he is doing and his investment is testament to what he is building for us.

MM has been backed 100% and will be given money in January to add to a squad that works its socks off on our behalf.

VT & TG I'm sure have a plan new training facility, bigger ground capacity, improved acadamy all positive things for the betterment of the club. Red for me no thank you but a vision for the future yes please. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Nobody on this board knows both sides of the story. That IS a fact. So pointless regurgitating the
same old bollocks.

IF and when I see a huge gap open up in the defence because Andrew Taylor and Ban Turner were
busy arguing over pro Tan or pro Sam... then I'll start to worry!!

Until then. We're top, we will buy big in the next week or two... enjoy the ride!!

Tan missed his chance to settle with Sam/Langstone a couple of months back.

I guess Tan didnt want his pride tarnished by agreeing to a deal under Sam's terms and not his.

all I'm concerned about, is what's happening on the pitch, and so far its been splendid stuff this season. Start worrying about all the nonsense that's going on behind the scenes, then its hard to enjoy what's happening on the field. Hope it all gets sorted out eventually, but I aint gunna lose no sleep over all that bollox. if we start to go on a bad run (touch wood it doesn't happen) then that's when ill start to worry....I'm a fan, that's my job Lol

I'm amazed at all this. City, having just appointed a globally renound commercial litigation lawyer to the board and poised to crush Hammam ......suddenly rumours arise he is coming back as honorary chairman.

If it happens I'll sit bollock naked on Fred keenor's shoulder outside the ground.
