Dato Chan Tien Ghee

Thu Dec 27, 2012 3:25 pm

anybody else see him milling around the ninian about 30 mins before yesterdays game. Was watching the TV with a pint, and in the corner of my eye there he was by Block 117. Not sure if he was expecting fans to approach him but this never happened. He was with someone else however couldnt make out who it was, and then after a few minutes he made his way around. Seemed strange as ive never seen him do it before now.

He was outside the canton end block 105/106 for a bit, everyone went up to him and shook his hand and had photos taken with him. Top bloke, don't know many chairmen that do that :ayatollah:

Haven't seen him around too much this season, but can remember him sitting just behind me in the Grandstand last season. Seems to be a really nice guy.

 he was the first name which also come to my mind straight away after reading that comment.

Breaking news.......Sam's NOT involved in football and hasn't been for a few years. And when he did do it, it was for the adulation, nothing more.

Didnt Gold and Sullivan do the same thing at West Ham with one eye on that Olympic
Stadium? But didnt they get stitched up by Boris Johnson?

Surely its Boris pulling the strings at Newham Council United now

I'm on IGNORE    But I know he reads the posts. His beer goggles wont allow him
not to. But I will say one thing, Gold and Sullivan aren't at West NewHam for adulation. Are they
f**k. There's a killing on the way. They have been scuppered on the sell-off, because WHEN they sell
the club on, boris Johnson gets a cut   .... Boris couldnt dip his fingers in the Boleyn Ground
pie though... when that gets redeveloped... all the money will go to Pornography

The 'Barons' are playing a blinder. Letting Newham Council get a strong foothold in the Club, so the
council pay a bigger chunk to redevelop the Olympic stadium. Then West NewHam become an asset
to the Council...They dont care.

As they say in 'Bullseye'

"That money's safe" (the boleyn ground sell-off)
