Premiership experience or championship talent

Well it's nearly ere again .. Of course I'm talking about the January transfer window.
So heres the dilemma , what players should we be targeting to take us into the Premiership ?
Would you rather see some experienced prem players coming ere on big wages or some talent from the championship and below ?
It maybe a little premature but we should be thinking ahead on how we could get through that first season in the prem .

Both
