No doubt brilliant and we would never get it but I think knowing that you will be in the top flight in a season or 2 has helped. Mind if its the only football you get to watch I'm not suprised, depressing place.

I paid 29 to day and thoroughly enjoyed myself,but i wont be going for a while if it was 16 quid i would be going next week

But our tickets aren't £16. I thought there was talk of them forming a new league in a year or 2? You are right you cant knock them for continuing to suppor the team. But suppose they didnt go up and got stuck in the bottom division for a few years I bet they wouldnt get so many. For alot of their fans it must be great to be able to go visit all these smaller stadiums and have a good day out.

Pathetic comment just shows how much you know bright lad. You really think there are that many fans turning up for Rangers matches because of religion. Agreed there is a bitter rivalry between Rangers and Celtic, a lot of the time religion based. However, Rangers are getting these numbers against teams where religion is irrelevant. They have a massive following in the west of Scotland, that I believe is why they get and will continue to get these crowds. They are very patriotic crowds, proud to be British, proud to be Rangers.

Annis, they always will have that type of support. It's bred in from a young age up there. In the west coast of Scotland you are pretty much Rangers or Celtic, end of, and as you are very aware the rivalry is massive. Religion aside, Its a great game to go to Rangers or Celtic, been to lots myself. However, I have never seen as much hatred as there is between Cardiff and Swansea. Some guys on this thread have thrown religion into the mix, but as Cardiff fans we hate people simply because they are from another town. Figure that one out
