hi all 
i have some outgoings this month which i cant afford
peachy payday loan
and monthly installment for my finance agreement with creation (bought an ipad)
has anyone missed payments with these guys
peachy have said that my account will go to an external debt collector (debt is 170)
does anyone know if bailifs would come out or anything
would they set up an agreeable payment plan
help

At £170 I don't think they'll be sending any heavies around just yet though you'll get a couple of threatening letters.You can always offer a repayment that suits your pocket,not theirs,though they won't like it and will try and bully you.

thing is the 75.66 monthly installment is part of my payment plan that i set up but due to christmas i hvae overspent they wont budge i could say i would go into a debt managment plan or something but i dunno if that would work

havent you got any friends / family can bail you out?
