' TICKET UPDATE INCLUDING STADIUM EXPANSION '

Mon Dec 24, 2012 2:54 pm

Crystal Palace originally requested that they have all the tickets for the away end, but when it came to them actually ordering the tickets they only wanted 1,200.

As a result that is all they will have and now the away end will be half empty.

The segregation between the Ninian and away end will be a lot smaller than usual because of the demand for tickets.

The Premier seats are selling well also for this game.

Supporters are still ringing and going to the ticket office trying to buy tickets for the game but when they are told it has sold out, the majority of them are buying tickets for the Millwall game, so hopefully we will see another healthy crowd next Saturday also.

Cardiff v Millwall You can pay on the day :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Just a reminder that if anyone wishes to buy a half season ticket thy are on sale until this Saturday.

Get them now because WHEN City get promoted only 20,000 season tickets will go on sale and at present we have got 19,500 season ticket holders including the 900 half season tickets recently sold.

The club will make some minor tweaks to the main bowl to take our attendance to just over 27,000 once we are promoted. If we stay up for one season then the bigger expansion of an extra 8,000 seats will take place.

:ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Half season tickets, due to the overwhelming demand for half season tickets and the fact Crystal Palace is now sold out, we will be allowing supporters to purchase half season tickets from the Millwall game.

The prices will reflect the loss of the Palace fixture and the ' DEADLINE ' for these sales will be 12pm on the 29th OF DECEMBER 2012.

After this deadline has passed no further season tickets for the 2012/13 season will be available.

Prices start from £169 adults and £79 U16’s

Make sure you join the journey and guarantee your seat.

i have been attending games at the city now for the last 15 years most of which as a season ticket holder, and i cannot remember a time when i have had such a massive buzz waiting for the next game. as soon as the game is over i instantly cannot wait for the next game to start.

without starting a 'you know what' debate things seem different this year. i feel quietly confident rather than waiting for the inevitable.....This really could be the season to remember

If we had a 'like' button (One for Owain to sort out) I would certainly have 'liked' this post.

It just feels different. i dont wanna dampen the previous post but i do wish the atmosphere was better, But there has been a lot of change and i am confident this will come good too.

we have a great manager, the crowds have picked up, our away following is getting stronger as the season goes on and the team have showed that not only have we got some very talented players but also we have great character by continuously bouncing back from dissapointing results (which all teams have)

Never mind christmas day, roll on boxing day

Strange this year, as I love christmas, especially christmas day, but somehow I am more excited about boxing Day.

Please don't disappoint us city, go and get the 3 points - what a christmas present that would be. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Carl - can we buy half season tickets on a month to month basis? IE.. Split the payment over months?

They could have sold about 1500, hopefully we still get 26,000 though

Went down earlier to get another premier Lounge ticket for my eldest daughter who has decided she doesn't want to miss out and lots were being turned away for palace and the T.O. had sold out of Premier Lounge tickets. However they called Damon Searle and he sorted one, because I'd bought through a member. There can't be many left even from the Premier Lounge. Also a fair few Birmingham tickets sold whilst I was in there as well.

Looking at e-ticketing there are still plenty left for Millwall, couldn't be bothered to count them all but over 2200,mostly in the corners and Canton Stand. Hopefully plenty will be sold in the next few days, be a shame after 2 big gates to drop down to 21-22k again.

Cardiff V Palace is a massive game. Lets be dead honest, they are a cracking side so
the outcome is a difficult one to predict. But i have every confidence that our lads
will be ready, motivated and will give it 100%

I cant wait. Not got a ticket yet, but I know i will be ok :D

Hope they fill the corners in to create more of a bowl effect if we get the promised expansion. I think it would improve the acoustics of the stadium.

Agreed, too much sound is lost in those areas, especially when there's nobody in them

Will the seats installed be blue? Doubt it. That makes it a lot more "final" for me...
