I've worked with a fair few ex city players. One or two have been described as legends on here. Far from it! A few are the biggest bellends to walk gods green earth !!!

Gary Speed was a gent, have a photo and his autograph. Also met Earnie after a Wales game just after he signed and he was happy to talk Cardiff, Rambo is good as was Darcy Blake and Hennessey.

Bellamy and Bale were egotistical pricks, denied a disabled kid a picture outright.

Can only disagree from what I"ve seen with Bellers, Bale was so quiet and unassuming in School, yet Money changed everyone.

Few years ago Bale handed awards out at my boys football club,which i thought was nice.Knew he was going to be a top top player because he looked as young as the kids he was giving the awards to and he was playing in the prem.

Whitts, Aron, Helguson and Hudson are proper gentleman and it shows on the pitch too. These are players who excel and keep getting better.

Whitts - has been consistently good for seasons and at times is just pure class
Hudson - was getting slack from a few at first but was dedicated to turn it around and win them over, proper captain
Aron - trains extra and gets stuck in and is seeing rewards off the bench now - netted some important goals
Helguson - older than most in this league but still showing the others how it's done and hard working pro

That just proves that players who are gentlemen off the pitch, act with class, will get respect. I bet some of the people have been won over by Hudson because he a nice bloke, same with Whitts. They just get on with things.

You look at JET and that other knob Samuel when he was here and the difference between those 4 mentioned above and these two both off and on the pitch is astonishing.

Balotelli would be much more consistent if he put as much time into training extra and being a model pro as he does the media and trying to increase his rep. Its a shame when players need to try and create an image off the pitch, they should let their performances on the pitch create the image for them.

Nicest Guy i ever met was Malky, I did college work experience down the stadium with compass in corporate events last season, on the last day they took me down the vale to go and watch the players train etc and go inside the training ground, in the cafe have food with the squad etc,

Malky shook my hand, told me to get a hair cut and gave me a tour of the place, ended up sitting down having lunch with Ben Turner and Joe Ralls, top guys

John Hartson. Clubbing in Escape Swansea 12 or so years back. My mate asked him if he was John Hartson to which he replied " of course I am you stupid c#nt " ...pilled up I thought it was funny and took the piss out of my mate but thinking back he was the tw*t trying to give it the big un with his scum mates. I'd give him a clip if the same thing happened nowadays
