To be honest you come across as a well educated young man with little common sense and not much grasp of how it really is. Child killers should be executed. As a father of a girl I was sickened when I heard the news.
To be fair hes only young. I dont think until you become a parent yourself you can fully understand.

I'm not comparing them I'm saying that there are bad parts of most places.
Anyhow, demonising the young will only intensify their dislike of the police and general authority increasing rebellion and hostility (N.B London riots).
Furthermore, who is really living in a dreamworld, if you think that the police have nothing better to do than send Wee Willie Winkle to bed at 9:00 every night? Or did it take 6 months of research to realise that?

But questions need t be asked of a botched police investigation, how they failed t search the house properly is amazing Incompetence by the police, especially as this guy Hazell ( who was in a relationship with the mum of Tia before becoming involved with her mum) has allegedly over 30 convictions for various crimes why on earth any responsible parent /grandparent would want their kids to spend 1 second in the company of these scumbags is beyond me, its madness.
