It's also necessary to add that Swansea had the Liability Stadium during that time and it is proven that new stadia add to the attendance. So it's hardly a fair & balanced point.

It's just as balanced as comparing Swansea's first 3 seasons at championship level to our 8th,9th and 10th.

The fact is ninian park was still bigger than what the liberty is.

No, ninian park weren't bigger then the liberty. Might be about the same capacity, but it weren't bigger.

Ninian parks capacity was 21,508

The libertys capacity is 20,750.

Without segregation ninian park held 20,000. When we played Leeds in 2002 there was 22,000 there but after that it was reduced to 20,000. Don't bother arguing, your just a jack who knows shit.

So it was bigger then?

My word

I would say if we stay up and we do for 4/5 years and we are around Mid to 6/5th, we will start to pull our 40/45,000.
I would stick my neck out and say we could hit the 50,000. I reckon we will get even more people from all over the Valleys Barry Newport right up to Chepstow . Cardiff City as a Huge untapped Fan bass :) :malky:

I'm an idiot in me? That makes no sense.

the main flaw on your crazy view of course is you have taken off the segregation of ninian park and left it for the liberty

Ninian was bigger you plank.

Swansea arent talking about playing their games in a 75,000 seater stadium so why we are having a go at their attendances im not too sure.

WE are talking about playing our games in a 75,000 stadium so WE shoud look at OUR attendances to see if t would be viable.

Only in the last 3 years have we been around the 20,000 mark and that was due to false promises and ridiculous spending. before that we were averaging around 13,500,14,000 in the Championship. We do not sell out our stadium now and couldnt even sell out for West Ham play-offs so I find the situation ridiculous int he extreme.

Why must we make ourselves a target for ridicule? How about we actually achieve something first before wildly planning for the great demand

are you a jack?

No, it was smaller, just held more without segregation.

It would not be full. Unless we play Man United or Liverpool, then there would just be a load of plastics.

But you are counting ninian park with segregation andd the liberty with it. It's a stupid notion.

Ninian was bigger simple as that.
