A truly tremendous effort by all. Though reading through the whole thread again it did have echos of the movie The Warriors, with the jacks trying to make their way safely to cardiff whilst being hassled by the law and mobs of bluebirds, and Reeco staying up all night playing the part of the black female radio dj!

Thank you all for making us feel so welcome today at the ninian, i would just like to say as a dad of Aidan the activity that you continue to do for my son is amazing. because of the pain that we were all in todayafter the massive walk we couldnt possible come and watch the Cardiff game, but wow what a great result you had today,
I apologise if i didnt meet all who have kindly donated for Aidan today but it was great to put some names to faces.

I hope you all like the brick myself and Reeco purchased.

Thank You once again

Chris, said to me today, two tough looking fellas who were OldSkool came over in the Ninian and said are you Chris, he thought here we go, he said yes and they generously donated a fair amount of cash each, between them another Cardiff City fan with a CCFC bobble hat on, who came out of a shop not far from the Ninian yesterday, said to the Team, I heard about you on the radio last night, I never thought I would bump into you, good luck and well done and made a donation.

It might not mean a lot to some but to me as a compassionate person, acts like the two above and more from so many on this board and from others, makes you proud to be a human being. ATB. Reeco

One of those was me. I was the bald bloke all dressed in black.

:ayatollah:

Fantastic effort by all concerned and I really felt for them when they reached the pub. They were shattered and the final 100 yards or so included an almighty hailstorm.

Well done everyone concerned and I'll be donating again in the future - hopefully, when I've got a job.
