If this is true / reliable source I don’t like the sound of this :?

Same outlet that said Cardiff had no chance and rangers were out there talking isn’t it. Sour grapes it sounds like.

I think he will join us.

Yes finally fair play if we do it.

But Clubs in our league now spend £15/£20 Mill on players

Yes back in the day we spent 5 million on gary madine never scored a goal.

Boro just spent £20m on Spurs striker!! But never heared of him? " will lankshear"

Will Lankshear a very good player but with Spurs pushing the (proverbial) boat out this season, he is probably better seeking pastures new!

We had a Spurs striker for next to nothing! He was called Kion Etete! How did that one work out?

Hope so mate. Tbh I did wonder how they would get stuff directly that the player had said. Guesswork I’m hoping.

‘Something’ changes every 5 minutes, so we just need to let this one develop. Rangers are rightly peeved on this one, so I would expect a few anti-comments to be made!

Patience is key, as BBM proved last season! :ayatollah:

If that's true then it's time to move on to other targets & not waste anymore time on him.

If indeed it is true (and that's a big "if") then I agree with you 100%

He would be clearly waiting for something better to come along and would just be viewing us as a second best choice.

Give him an ultimatum - decide by the end of the week or move on and forget him.

It's more or less the same amount they will receive from Villa for the sale of Morgan Rogers to Chelsea. Boro' had a 20% sell-on clause. Very clever business.

Recently we know nothing about transfers until they actually sign .Why is this transfer different?

Makes sense then... this is why if lawlor goes at least a 30% sell on clause goes with him i prefer 40%

The media got on to it via the Rangers link, which is why the Bluebirds (who haven’t commented to date) were inadvertently named as a bidder

The Bluebirds have been praised for their professionalism and discretion during negotiations, and that in itself make ‘doing business’ a lot easier

That is just not true. The transfer of Osho was rumoured for weeks, similar with Scanlon.

Also, foreign countries (Norway in this case) have their local journalists providing updates on their star players leaving their clubs - especially in Scandinavian countries. It was the same with Salech.

BBM has gained his trust, told him what he wants, and Tan is clearly trying to support him. Tan probably just wants to make sure the deal is negotiated correctly, especially since it's a big fee, and he likely believes he can drive a better bargain than his own board can.

Did Newton uncover him? If this is the type of player profile our new senior technical scout is finding for BBM, I’m fascinated to see who else he’s got in the pipeline for us.

Interesting to see if he plays in the Europa League tonight.

If he doesn't, they are protecting any deal.

If he does, he then cannot play for Rangers in Europe until the group stages. Only a couple of games but still.

Let's just hope this happens for bbm the fans the players ,we all need a boost and with lawlor hopefully wanting to stay on the journey with cardiff that has really lifted my spirits ,I want us to storm and frighten thr shite out of wrexham and i agree with ANNIS lets have a 30,000 crowd first game back in the championship, wrexham I am 99%sure will take full allocation we would if our first game of the season was up there ,
Let's show them what a big following is all about and cannot remember the last time we played them at cardiff?.

I have googled, and the last time we played wrexham at home was 2002.
