Imagine trying to make a political point when a young dying man is being handcuffed while his murderers walk around freely, chatting and calling the race card. At the same time, the police fall over themselves to try to put the murderer and his family first.

The squealing from you lot is embarrassing.
I am just glad that this forum is not representative of the country.
Sorry Ned, you are a mile away with that comment that this forum is not representative of our country.
You live in a Labour bubble, where they all think they are superior to the common man and hold the high ground of morality.
Let me give you a hard truth, I'm surprised you didn't get it after the Senedd elections, your party is dying on it's knees. Mainly because people like you just DON'T GET IT.
You do not understand the legitimate frustrations of the majority of people who live and WORK HARD in the UK. You just don't get it.
All Labour offer is tax after tax after tax, which makes the UK the most taxed country in the Western World. Sorry mate, that is a fact. You cannot tax your way to growth, another well known fact.
Until you wake up and smell the coffee of the real world, not the Labour lovey bubble, you will never understand the other points of view that are put on this forum, which, I would argue, is actually the majority of our nation.

I would point to the polls. Reform are just seven points ahead of us.
I am not living in another world. The most likely outcome from the next election is a Labour minority.
I am assuming you take your politics from Musk's platforms.
Change is coming. Not from Farage, but from Andy.
Britain has been going in the wrong direction for 40 years and now we are fighting back, a Labour leader who is actually Labour.
And we're going to win.
So what radical changes will Burnham make, what will he do about the spiraling benefits bill? what will he do to stop the Islamic dinghy jockeys? What will he do about our dysfunctional armed services, what will he do about men pretending to be women using real women’s facilities? What will he do to improve the economy? Does he want to ignore the biggest democratic mandate, the UK has ever seen and take us back into the failing EU.
He’s just another career politician, never done a days real work in his life, an empty suit who’ll put working class people last.
He will address none of these issues. Though I doubt he'll try to go back into the EU that's a whole other can of worms. My prediction ignore, ignore, ignore, try to make the trains run on time and sort the water companies out and spend a ridiculous amount of money doing it. Maybe he'll pick up a few easy wins by scrapping all Keirs digital ID plans and telling the police to just do their jobs without everything having to be looked at through the lens of race
Burnham is quoted as saying neoliberalism is "deindustrialization, privatization, deregulation and austerity" I'll translate that to he's going to spend a fortune bringing everything back under national control, more benefits, more regulation. Bad, bad, bad. As far as industrialization how? Those jobs are gone and won't come back unless we could undercut places like China and India

You will have seen Starmer's "supporters" outside Downing Street when he made his statement.
But not even half a dozen of them were cabinet ministers. That tells you why he had no choice but to go.

BREAKING: Keir Starmer cries as he resigns as UK Prime Minister. Sad end to a dismal tenure. Never seen such a big election win end in such abject failure so fast. Bottom line: he wanted power but didn’t know how to lead the country.
He was the ultimate man without a plan

All part of the grand plan , alledgly hatched months ago as they knew Reform would destroy them.
There was a meeting months ago between Sir Kier , Raynor ,Burham and others one could imagine the conversation innan attempt to save face and avoid a general election.
Its the same wolf in sheep's clothing.
If anyone knows what difference Burham brings ( other than trying to look like an over aged student ) please let me know .
There will be extra scrutiny to his family potentially his wife see below: .
Public Scrutiny:Because Be.EV secured lucrative infrastructure contracts with Transport for Greater Manchester, Ms. Van Heel and her husband have frequently faced political scrutiny and criticism from opponents regarding potential conflicts of interest. Burnham has publicly defended these transactions, stating that all contracts were awarded through proper local authority procurement processes and that his wife has no direct financial relationship or decision-making power over the awarding of these contracts.

What a start for Burnham now he's in powah, just sacked a special advisor for not calling him Andrew

A bloke gets shipped into PM without any scrutiny, no mandate or policies.
We've officially turned into a Banana Republic.
Its not Burnham its the process that's a disgrace

I blame the Tories for setting this ridiculous precedent. It's an admission that your mandate has completely failed

QUOTE "Andy Burnham is being urged to tear up Labour's tax pledges to fund his costly spending plans.
The challenger to Sir Keir Starmer's leadership made a series of commitments during his by-election campaign – but has not yet to set out how he will fund them.
While fighting for the Makerfield seat, Mr Burnham said he would honour Labour's manifesto tax pledges, which include not raising income tax, National Insurance (NI) or VAT.
But his allies are now pushing him to drop the pledge or risk being 'hamstrung' in office.
The Prime Minister's position was hanging by a thread on Sunday night and an announcement Sir Keir will step down to make way for Mr Burnham could come as soon as Monday morning.
Labour ministers and MPs on the Left of the party have rallied around Mr Burnham – including right-hand woman Louise Haigh, Anneliese Midgley, who helped to run his campaign and Energy Secretary Ed Miliband.
One pro-Burnham minister told the Daily Mail: 'That manifesto was written at a certain point in time but so much has changed. I think Andy has an opportunity to say he's a new PM and in order to bring about real change, it is going to require some big changes.
'That includes on tax, where he is going to need to raise revenues to deal with the huge pressures in defence, in the NHS, in getting our high streets where they need to be... I think if we stick to those tax pledges he is going to be hamstrung from the start and people could become disillusioned very quickly.'"

Starmer is a bad cling on, who seemingly spent every other day giving speaches about his vision.try8ng to justify his position. No Kier you two bob, two tier c**t.
Interesting fact, a few years ago he spent money on speaking/elocution lessons in order to gain power

After considering Ms. Rayner's demands when Sunak became PM, should we have a general election now?
Angela Rayner on Rishi Sunak winning Conservative leadership
"Conservatives have broken their promises and broken the economy, Labour’s deputy leader has said.
Angela Rayner repeated her party's call for a general election, saying the Tories could not "keep doling out prime ministers every month".

Nothing democratic all manufactured a mp told to stand down to make way and labour are desperate to cling on to power, and suddenly all those backing starmer yesterday are now all for burnham and looking to keep there jobs .
Burnham is more left than starmer and another flip floper failed twice for leadership.

He’s a weak fool who has damaged this country more than the Tories fkin did and that’s saying something.
His replacement is scary in other ways. This country is so ruined it really doesn’t matter who runs the show anymore.

Disastrous move, he’s an ideologue retard. Just when you think it can’t get any worse.

I voted labour last election, but I am a floater.
The photo of Burnham with Labour MPs hit home to me why I am unusually angry about this.
Starmer was useless and had to go. But, you have 402 labour MP's with a 100~125 on the government payroll, probably 150 including those who had to leave. But not one is so proud of the last 2-year records that they want to defend the government and run against Burnham on the record.......That's appalling, what a scathing critique of the last 2 years !!

There we go CPT, not only do we have two tier policing, two tier judiciary, two tier media reporting........with Labour we now have two tier politics. One rule for them and a different rule for all the other parties. You couldn't write the script!

Absolute cheek on Burnham and his team to complain that Starmer hasn’t given him enough time to prepare as if the snake hasn’t been plotting this for at least a year.
Complete chancer and a train wreck inbound.
