Ha! Just as we were prepping for half-time, a great Bluebird move sees Chris Willock double the lead!

Great timings for both goals and I’ll be understanding the Barnsley moans surrounding the Robertson ‘second yellow’

A great start to the game saw the Bluebirds take a deserved lead with a lovely goal from Perry Ng, assisted by Ollie Tanner

A good period to follow, particularly from Ollie Tanner, failed to increase the score, and Barnsley started to find their feet and only another superb save from Nathan Trott prevented an equaliser

A clear ‘pull’ on a Barnsley player should have seen Alex Robertson receive a second yellow was left unpunished and the Bluebirds breathed a sigh of relief!

The Bluebirds attacked again before half-time and another good ‘rlteam’ goal saw Omari Kellyman provide for Chris Willock to put the ball into the Barnsley net going into added time!

No Robertson in the second half please

Been the better team for most of the half. Barnsley did come back into it but we scored at a massive time.

Two good assists for Kellyman and Tanner, two great finishes by Ng and Willock.

Early third goal would finish this off.

But need to take Robertson off at half time to avoid the red card.

Agreed he's given the ball away with a touch like Ted Bundy about 4 times. He's on thin ice now either way if he comes back out.

It's pretty obvious. You just clearly just don't understand it.

Robinson will be on for Robertson I think and Kellyman drop back into the 10

Not sure we deserve that lead but we have been lacking that luck of late so Im delighted with it.

He’s certainly treading a tightrope; particularly if the referee sees it at half-time

At 2-0 it’s not worth BBM taking chances!

He does make contact - it is minimal, however - and Lee Swabey says no penalty.

Replays show it’s not a penalty! There was so little contact and the Barnsley player tried to make the most of it!
