Can see that value going up significantly.
Imagine he'll be part of the QPR first team next season unless a bigger club comes in for him.
Yea think your right with that, shame as if we lose salech we need to find a replacement who knows there way around league 1

Stockport level.
15 minutes to go.
Wed May 14, 2025 8:57 pm
1-1 at full time, 3-3 on aggregate.
Extra time to come.
Wed May 14, 2025 9:17 pm
Half time in extra time. No more goals and quite cagey understandably.
15 minutes from penalties.

I like the look of Stockport striker olafe looks a bit of a handful
Wed May 14, 2025 9:35 pm
Really good game both teams going for it.none of them deserve to lose

FT: Stockport County 1-1 Leyton Orient (AET)
Penalties will decide who is in the League One play-off final.
Wed May 14, 2025 9:47 pm
Leyton Orient into the League One play-off final after beating Stockport County 4-1 on penalties.
The match finished 1-1 on the night and 3-3 on aggregate, with no further goals in extra time.
Stockport will remain in League One with us next season.
Leyton Orient will play Charlton or Wycombe in the final, they play their second leg tomorrow night. The first leg finished 0-0.

Bristol have been in old Division 1 circa 1976.

I went to see Bolton v Stockport a few weeks ago and he did very well
Could hold the ball up and take people on and scored a very good goal

I liked the look of most of the players on the pitch.
Even as an ex Championship side, we are going to have our hands full next season.

Watched it and realised what a tough old league this is going to be some crunching challenges that would have been blown up straight away in Championship. Think we will have our work cut out if we dont get pre season squad right
Thu May 15, 2025 5:20 pm
Charlton v Wycombe tonight at 8pm.
The first leg finished 0-0 and was a poor game, hopefully better tonight.
Finely poised to see who will play Leyton Orient in the final for a shot at Championship football next season.

Wycombe will be a threat to city next season if dont get promoted? Their owner is worth $5.8b
Said previously there are several clubs being taken over in lower leagues that are on the up and if City don't get this season right could be stuck in div 1 for years or until new owner comes in..

I agree Allan.
Wycombe will be up there again if they don't go up. Stockport will probably lose Challinor but will still have a decent squad.
But if we get things right, they will all see us as the team to beat. That's a big if though.
I think Orient will go up. The winner coming from their semi final was always likely, came into the play-offs in top form and carried it on.

Ned these owners are prepared to do it the right way slowly and gradually as they say in a sustainable way despite the money .... he's been there 2 seasons last one finis 10th this one 3rd without spending big like top 2.....

Unfortunately, second leg has been just as bad.
Early call but penalties seems inevitable here.

Saved from penalties but that was poor but Charlton slightly better. We're these really league one play off teams? The City side that went up from league one would have run rings round these two sides. City also finished 6th that year.

Totally agree.
Leyton Orient v Charlton Athletic will be the final.
My money would be on Orient.

Watching Jones in last 2 mins was classic drama talk about emotional outpouring!

Fair play, Jones is proper cringe but I absolutely love him for it.

I expected to see Charlton in the final.
But I can see Orient beating them.
Either way, another London team for us to face next season.

Talk about playing up to the cameras - Nathan Jones was the managerial version of Ronaldo. Also the scenes at the end of the game - you would have thought Charlton had secured promotion- not merely having got to the final. I will definitely be hoping for an Orient win in the final.

Nice trip up the M4 to Wycombe next season then

I want Charlton to go up as a trip to Orient for me would be brilliant.
Went to Uni in East London in the 80's and made many a trip to watch the O's
Fri May 16, 2025 5:13 pm
Two more second legs left to go.
Walsall v Chesterfield tonight at 8pm in League Two.
Walsall are 2-0 up from the first leg so already in a great position to reach Wembley.

In all fairness, we had a major pitch invasion for beating Leicester in the semis!

No issue with the fans invading the pitch, it's a big moment.
But Jones looking and seeing the camera on him so giving an OTT response was ridiculous.
The bloke may support us, but he's also a massive c**t.
