Come on ffs, What's the process of reading a passage of text, mentally disregarding the negative, only plucking out points supporting your argument... con con conman!!!! :D

What argument? Are you feeling ok? (Con man is two words, not that it applies)

I think the word “confused” was very apt.

Studying human behaviour o....k.

Nice edit yet again

You really need to think before you type, instead of pandering to the crowd for validation and making yourself look silly. “Guys I’ve changed my opinion for you and saying weird stuff to him. Can we be friends now? Please?” :laughing6:

Go to bed Ely (although it’s pretty clear you will be stewing for some time yet, I await your next odd response even after claiming you are “out”).

Plenty of Ayatollahs going on at Leeds today. Even the stewards were doing it. :ayatollah:

After starting this debate, I was wondering if it was done at Leeds so thanks for the info.

Looking forward to Preston home. Everyone, do the ayatollah! :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Mate, the opening post was a good one but of course was completely derailed by the usual suspect(s).

Good to have an answer from GrangeEndStar as well who rarely posts these days unfortunately.

 There’s going to be a party atmosphere at the back of 103 for the Preston game and the ayatollah will be in full flow. :occasion5:

Whilst living abroad between 2010 and 2014, I was a regular reader (not poster) on this forum and GrangeEndStar’s comments used to make me laugh. Are we allowed to have a favourite poster?

I wouldn’t say derailed as such, there was some excellent posts and historical fact until those that are obsessed with Roathie turn up.

But without doubt it’s dying out and it’s probably for the best considering the links and origins.

Well I do it every game, I will Saturday, my kids have started doing it, because they find it funny. And thats what its all about!!!!

All this political over opinion is really a load of hot air, its FUN, and more importantly its uniquely ours. One thing we are not good at is coming up with our own unique chants, all the newer chants of recent years (Allez, Allez, Bacuna, Sala, Super Junior Hoillett, CCFC the team for me, Palace ultras etc etc) are regurgitated lazy copycat versions. I always prefer belting out I'll Be There, Men Of Harlech, Blues and Everyone do the ayatollah! Because they belong to us. The ayatollah is uniquely ours and its back story and origins are hilarious.

Long live the ayatollah
