The delay in announcing it is to flood the local media and social media with positive Harris stories.
Look at WOL and the facebook pages, as with anything in the modern age. Social media for Football and Political opinion guides the opinion of the masses.
I am reasonably happy with Harris. The team is assembled to play that type of football, just a fresh voice with a few new ideas. You cant radically change a team or playing style at this point in the season, if you try, you will fail
Fresh face maybe, new ideas on hoof ball? ??????

By which time, the board would have had enough time to cast their net wider in the search of the new manager. The new manager would then have the January transfer window to try and bring 4-5 players of his choice.
I would like us to try something along the lines of what Wolves did, bring in a forward thinking manager, who can use his contacts to bring with him a clutch of players.
